Advertising agency 72andSunny’s New York Office, designed while at Frederick Fisher and Partners, sits atop the top two floors of the historic Empire Stores building in Dumbo, Brooklyn. Encouraged by the duality of the glass penthouse and brick walls of the 19th century warehouse, we created two distinct-feeling floors with a large bleacher connecting the two. Furniture selections sought to bring residential comfort and a casual energy to this workspace to encourage the nontraditional agency’s creative work.
